The school calendars for the 2026-2027 school year were originally approved in the spring of 2025. The calendars were recently reviewed again during the Spring 2026 Curriculum, Instruction, and Technology Committee meeting to ensure all dates aligned appropriately for the upcoming school year. Following this review, adjustments were made regarding professional learning days for staff and the first day of school for students.

Important Updates:

• The first student day will now be Thursday, August 27, 2026. Wednesday, August 26, 2026, was originally scheduled as the first student day.  
• Wednesday, March 24, 2027, was originally scheduled as a professional learning day for staff.  The professional learning day has been moved to Wednesday, August 26, 2026.  Wednesday, March 24, 2027, will now be a student day.
• Thursday, March 25, 2027, is a holiday; however, will be used as a snow make up day #1, if necessary. 
• Monday, March 29, 2027, is a holiday; however, will be used as a snow make up day #2, if necessary.

We are excited to share that the Athletic Department is offering a variety of youth summer camps, all led by Pottsgrove coaches and student-athletes. Don't miss out on a week filled with fundamentals, friendly competition, and tons of fun!

If you have any questions regarding the youth summer camps, please reach out to the coach directly. Their contact information can be found on each flyer. All camps are held at Pottsgrove facilities and are a great way for students to learn, grow, and have fun! 

Pottsgrove School District is pleased to announce Kindergarten Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is now open! 

All children residing in the school district who will be age five before Spetember 1, 2026, are eligible to register through our Online Registration Portal which opens March 2, 2026.
